Friendly, patient and attentive, Dr. Katie Hash is thrilled to provide exceptional eyecare to the greater Woodinville area. Dr. Hash grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. She graduated from UCLA, and then received her doctor of optometry with honors from Western University of Health Sciences. She then went on to complete her fellowship with the College of Optometrists in Vision Development, a higher specialization for visual development and vision therapy. Dr. Hash enjoys patients of all ages, but especially adores working with kids.
She serves as Clinical Director for Opening Eyes, the visual screening arm for Special Olympics of Washington, and is a past-president for King County Optometric Society. She is a strong advocate for early intervention and improving early visual screenings and evaluation for children, as well as improving access to eyecare.
In her free time, she enjoys baking, knitting, her Peloton, and spending time outdoors with her husband and their two young boys.

Dr. Zheng grew up in Canada and completed her Doctor of Optometry from UC Berkeley. Her clinical experience has brought her to Casa Grande, AZ at the VA outpatient clinic, New Jersey at Omni Eye Services working in tertiary care with ophthalmologists of various specialties, and Crow Reservation in Montana at the Indian Health Services serving the Northern Cheyenne and Crow tribe community. She has also worked at a local refractive surgery center consulting patients and performing pre-/post-op care for those undergoing LASIK, PRK, and Implantable Collamer Lens (ICL) procedures.
Dr. Zheng joined Woodinville Family Eyecare in 2020. She has experience in primary care, ocular disease, and dry eye management. Her areas of interest include ocular disease management, myopia control, and visual processing development in children.
Outside of work she enjoys traveling, hiking, photography, throwing pottery, and cooking up a delicious storm with friends!

Dr. Kevin Hirano started his private practice within the Woodinville Costco 17 years ago. He enjoys the synergistic relationship he has with Costco Optical and Costco as a whole. Continual education in the field of Optometry is paramount to Dr. Hirano. He and his associates attend and participate in continuing education opportunities year round. Dr Hirano has also qualified himself to become a Board Certified Optometrist through the American Board of Optometry. This is above and beyond his professional medical education and residency.
Kevin Hirano received his Bachelors of Science from the University of California at Davis in Biological Sciences. He then went on to attend the prestigious University of California Berkeley School of Optometry. He graduated with honors in 1998, receiving his Optometry Doctorate (OD). Kevin Hirano, OD, then went on to do a voluntary residency for a year in Tacoma, WA at The V.A. Hospital in American Lake, specializing in geriatric optometry and identifying and treating eye diseases. He was moved and honored to have many patients who were veterans of WWII, Vietnam, Korean and Gulf wars.
In his personal life, Dr. Hirano loves spending time with his family and hiking, camping, bicycle riding and running. He has been married for 29 years to his high school sweetheart wife, Ann. They have two older kids: Daniel and Lily. Dr. Hirano enjoys helping others as well. He goes yearly on a Vision Clinic Mission in rural Mexico to provide eye exams and eyeglasses to less fortunate individuals.
